Some of the more Frequently Asked Questions concerning TresGeekOnline.com
Q. I've found a design I really like, but when I look at the shirts available, none of the designs/colors appeal to me. Is there anything that can be done about this? I see there are plenty of other styles of shirts available.
Well there several options here. The problem comes from the difference between digital graphics and vector graphics. Some graphics have a white background (the digital ones) and need to be printed on a white t-shirt. Others (Vector) can be printed on any color. So if you see the design on only white shirts, its most likely a digital print and has to be on a white shirt to look right. If its a vector print though, we most likely chose some styles and colors that looked good together. Sometimes though, it is just a design decision. If you would like to request a design be put on a certain shirt style or with a certain color scheme, let us know, and we will see if it can be added to the shop and get back to you. We will let you know via email if it can be done and when its ready. Email any such requests to requests@tresgeekonline.com.
Q. I have a FABULOUS idea that I think would fit with the theme of your shop very well. Do you accept submissions?
We would be happy to steal your idea! I mean.. take a look at your submission. If we end up liking it and decide to use it, we will let you know when its up on the shop so you can show it off to your friends. The shop variations of the shirt will even give you a 'designed by' credit! As soon as its sold 10 shirts, you will get a free shirt of your choice (up to $24 value) whether its the shirt you designed or a different one if you already bought yourself the shirt! Please be aware that any submission becomes the property of TresGeek & TresGeekonline.com immediately upon receipt.
Q. I think I look really hot in some of the shirts I've bought from you, can I send you pictures of me in them?
Well if you look that hot, we'd probably rather see pictures of you OUT of them, but since there are tons of laws about that and we don't want to cause any trouble, yeah.. we'll take a look! In fact, we want to see you in our shirts! We will put up submissions on our MySpace page and randomly you in our shirts might be used on our webpages or in our advertising banners! How about that? Web stardom! Also, one of the easiest ways to get in to our 'Top 8' on MySpace would be to have your default image be of you in one of our shirts! Send pictures with your full name to the HeadGeek at headgeek@tresgeekonline.com.
Q. I have a webpage I would like to advertise on yours. Is that possible?
Well anything's possible. We'd love to have you as an advertiser. There's several things we can do to get you into our front page ad-rotation. We're always up for people who want to trade advertising (We'll run your banner on our page, you run ours) or if you just simply want to purchase your way into the rotation, the fee for this is nominal. Send an email to the HeadGeek.
Q. I just want to support your page by linking to it? Is this okay?
Well yeah! Who would turn down free advertising? You are, of course, free to link to www.tresgeekonline.com. However, we would ask that you do not link to any of our images/content and put them on your own website. If you want to use one of our logos or banners, copy and paste any of the following into your webpage:

Q. Who is spreadshirt? I see them on some of the pages.
Spreadshirt is our 'vendor'. They actually print, produce and ship the t-shirts out to you. This allows us to focus on design and content and not be worried about whether or not the shirts are going out. Spreadshirt is a highly rated company and they leave us with little to worry about!
Q. Well, I am having some issues and still haven't seen my shirt yet? What do I do?
If you click on the shopping cart or any shirt page, you will see a secondary menu come up for spreadshirt below our menus. There is a 'help' link on the left that should contain all the information you need.
